Pricing and payments
How much does a website cost?
Starter is $99 for 1 to 3 pages, Business is $299 for 4 to 10 pages with SEO copywriting, and Advanced starts at $799 for larger sites, stores, LMS platforms and custom features. See all pricing.
Are domain and hosting included?
No. If you have them, we'll use them. If you don't, we can set them up for you. The project form asks.
How do I pay?
By card, PayPal or bank transfer. Starter and Business are paid in full to start; Advanced is split 50/50.
Do you offer refunds?
If we haven't started design work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once design has started, we refund any unused portion of the work. Details are in our terms.
Process and timing
How long does a website take?
About 1 to 3 days for Starter, 1 to 2 weeks for Business and about 3 weeks for Advanced, once we have your content.
What do you need from me?
Answers to the project form, your logo and any photos you have, and quick feedback during reviews. We guide you through the rest.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Through our white-label web design program, we build websites for agencies and consultants under their brand. Partner pricing is available on request.
Can I see a design before you build everything?
Yes. You see your homepage design first, and we refine it with you before building the other pages.
SEO and content
What are SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO helps your pages rank in search results. AEO (answer engine optimization) structures content so it can appear in featured snippets and AI Overviews. GEO (generative engine optimization) makes your business easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity to understand and mention. We build for all three.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No honest designer can. We guarantee the groundwork: clean code, fast pages, schema and content written around real searches.
Do you write the content?
Yes, for Business and Advanced packages. For Starter we polish what you send.
After launch
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Every site includes our CMS, and we show you how to use it before launch.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes. Care plans start at $25 a month.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your content, domain and data are yours, and we hand everything over at launch.
