CreativeFlare Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what choices you have. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and apply the same care to visitors and clients worldwide, including those covered by the GDPR and similar laws.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business details and project information when you fill in a form.
- Payment information: handled directly by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected in aggregate by analytics tools if enabled.
- Preferences: your light or dark mode choice, stored only in your own browser.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and prepare quotes
- To deliver, support and invoice the work you order
- To improve our website and services
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, such as email, hosting, payment and project management tools, and only as much as they need to do their job.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept as long as tax and business laws require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email hello@creativeflarestudio.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
