Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or order a website package or custom project from CreativeFlare Studio. By submitting the project form and paying, you agree to them.

Packages and scope

Each package includes the pages, features and revision rounds listed on our pricing page at the time you order. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately and only done with your approval.

Payments

Starter and Business packages are paid in full before work begins. Advanced packages are paid 50% before work begins and 50% before launch. Custom projects follow the payment schedule in your quote. Prices are in US dollars.

Domain and hosting

Domain names and hosting are not included in package prices. If you ask us to set them up, we'll quote that separately and register the domain in your name.

Timelines

Timelines start once we've received payment and the content we need. Delays in feedback or content move the launch date accordingly.

Refunds

If you cancel before we start design work, we refund your payment in full. Once design has started, we refund any portion of the work not yet delivered. Completed and approved work isn't refundable.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your content, design and any custom code written for your project. Our CMS stays our property and is licensed to you for as long as your site runs on it.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the rights to any text, images and logos you send us, and that your website will be used lawfully.

Liability

We fix defects in our work that are reported during your support period at no cost. We aren't liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by third-party services, hosting providers or changes made by others.
